The sauce turned out pretty nice and really smelled like garlic so I knew we would like it.
We didn't marinate the lamb but a lot of people do.
Lamb on the Rod
1 leg of lamb cubed (if you are buying it in a supermarket, ask the butcher to cube it for you)lemon juice
garlic cloves minced
Place the cubed lamb in a bowl and soak in the marinade for a few hours. Place on skewers and grill.
Garlic and Pepper Sauce
2 to 3 fresh hot banana peppers or 1 small jar hot vinegar pepper rings
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped (to taste)
1/2 c. oil (more or less depending on how you like it)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix together and let sit for a few hours
