Saurkraut Soup for the Crock Pot

I made this soup for my Hubs in December, about a week before New Years Eve.....and wouldn't you know it....I forgot to get a picture.

Hubs took this soup (I made a double batch) to his POKER NIGHT. I know it sounds kind of gross....but it is really very good and I had to send recipes the next week.

Saurkraut Soup

1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Chicken Broth
1..2 Pound bag of saurkraut (you can drain if you want, I usually drain a little)
1 Medium Onion Chopped
2 or 3 small potatoes
1 Pound smoked sausage
1 small clove garlic



Put all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
