Coconut Pecan Balls

If you live in North Western Pennsylvania, you know in February that you are probably going to get a lot of snow. So I thought I would make some snow balls that would be welcome at this house.

COCONUT PECAN BALLS

1 Cup Butter Or Margarine
1/2 Plus 1/8 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoons Vanilla or 1 Teaspoon Almond and 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Cream all of the above together

Add:

2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Cup Shredded Coconut

Shape into balls Using a teaspoon and place on an UNGREASED cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
