1. Cut the large end off the pepper and throw it away, clean all (most of what you can get)seeds out of pepper
2. Stuff pepper with hot sausage ( I used hamburg)
3. Rub Olive Oil all over the peppers
4. Place peppers in a baking dish
5. I baked these at 350* for about an hour, then turned them up to brown the pepper, total baking time was an hour and a half, more or less.
6. Put peppers in roll of choice and top with cheese of choice
You should of seen the sandwich when he was finished putting tomatoes, onions and ketchup on it. I wish I would of gotten a picture but when Dennis is hungry it is really hard to make him wait for pictures. He really liked it with the hamburg so I will probably make it more often once peppers are more plentiful.

I'll have to try that one of these days :) it sounds delicious! Unfortunately I don't know where I can buy those in my country. Maybe a bio-product store? I didn't find any at the supermarket at least.
